I want to express my gratitude and appreciation for all that Andrea does here at Cortland Pond. She truly values the tenant's wellbeing and strives to ensure our community is cohesive and safe. Andrea has demonstrated phenomenal critical thinkings skills regarding any issue that arises, and resolves each issue with grace and dignity to all parties involved. Her communication style and willingness to listen gives me peace-of-mind that this community, my home is in good hands. I am so glad she is here with us!!!
