One-Bedroom (includes Micro):  Starting at $1425

Two-Bedroom:  Starting at $2,125
Three-Bedroom:  Starting at $2,625 (All Leased)

The rent includes: One Assigned Underground Parking Spot for most apartments, Water, Sewer, and Trash/Recycling Pick-up, as well as use of all amenities. Irish Fields is pet-friendly!  One-time nonrefundable pet fee of $250. The cat’s monthly pet charge is $30. The dog’s monthly pet charge is $50.

We moved into Irish Fields in June and couldn’t be happy! It’s a great location with wonderful amenities! The property is lovely and the units are well made and designed! The staff is friendly, professional and prompt. A plus property!

I’ve lived at Irish Fields since June of 2024 and have absolutely loved it! I love how quiet and peaceful the complex is, the walking trails close by, and the convenience of being close to downtown Madison. Management is always quick to respond to emails or concerns - they go the extra mile to make sure the residents are happy. I’ve lived in a few different apartment complexes over the last few years; Irish Fields has been my favorite!

I’ve been living at Irish Fields since July 2024 As someone who has lived in four different apartments in Fitchburg, I can confidently say Irish Fields has been my favorite apartment to be at! The units are spacious and modern. The property is in the perfect location, surrounded by walking paths and fields yet still central to many places. The amenities like the gym and pool are great. Management is top-notch and prompt. Truly a great community!

My boyfriend and I have lived in 3 other apartments since moving to Madison in 2021 and have had to move every single year. Irish Fields is the first place I could see us staying long term and feels like home to us. The location is great in a new and quiet neighborhood with great amenities! Terri is also hands down the best property manager we’ve dealt with and makes our experience living here much more enjoyable. She’s approachable and great with communication no matter the situation. I’d highly recommend Irish Fields!!
