Her smile and laugh can improve any horrible I have only to be surpassed by the care she takes of all the residents here at Cortland Pond. Her regular communications have done wonders to help draw the community together as well as keeping us up with what is currently happening in the complex. She has always been quick to respond with answers and help. I have lived long enough to know what it's like to live somewhere that trying to connect with the manager of the complex was more of a joke than a reality. It’s tremendously comforting to know that the opposite exists at Cortland Pond!

I lived at this complex for over two years and have never had a bad experience! The property manager, Andrea, is by FAR the best I have ever had. She is extremely responsive, always willing to help, positive/happy, and very easy to work with. She was able to answer any question I had and provide ample support when necessary! Whenever I needed something looked at by maintenance Roberto (maintenance) would get it done within hours! The complex itself is very quiet and peaceful. All of the residents I met were friendly and kind. The large storage units and free underground parking space were a major plus as well! I would live here again - no questions asked!!
