One-bedroom #123: Available July 1st (APPLICATION PENDING) with an early move in possible if preferred. This first floor one-bedroom faces west and overlooks a courtyard. Moving in will be a breeze as you can load everything in through the patio door on ground level.

Two-bedroom #238 – Available June 1st (APPLICATION PENDING) with an early move in possible if preferred. This corner two-bedroom apartment overlooks a large courtyard with mature trees. The living area has windows facing west, while the bedroom areas face north, keeping bedrooms cooler in the summer months.

One-bedroom #131 – Available now. This first floor apartment faces west and has ground floor access, making moving in a breeze through the patio door. This apartment overlooks a courtyard with trees and greenery. The sublet runs until August, with the ability to renew for a longer lease term. Rental amount for the sublet term is $1300 monthly.

Two-bedroom #104 – Available May 9th – August 15th (with the possibility of some slight flexibility with those dates, through September 9th). This first floor apartment faces south and will be fully furnished with the exception of mattresses in both bedrooms, however, will have bed frames. The current tenants will be resuming their lease mid-August so there will be no option to extend a lease past mid-August in that apartment, however, may be able to transfer to another apartment if available. Rental amount for this sublet is $1550 monthly.

One-bedroom #309 – Available June 1st – August 31st. This third floor, western facing apartment is available for sublet and is fully furnished with the exception of a mattress, however, will have a bed frame. The current tenant will be resuming their lease after the sublet period is finished. However, the subletter may transfer to another apartment if available after the sublet period. Rental amount for this sublet is $1195 monthly.
