I absolutely love living at Hawks Landing. I’ve lived here almost 4 years and I have had no bad interactions. Management is so respectful and responsive to any concerns. The location is so peaceful and the neighbors are friendly. I love these apartments!
Hawks Landing Apartments is a wonderful place to live. The management has always taken the time to listen and respond to questions and concerns quickly. Staff is friendly and helpful. The buildings are clean and the outdoors are well manicured and tended. I have been here about 8 years and intend to stay. I love it here!
I’ve lived here for 9 years. This place is truly incredible. Alex and John are amazing! Any maintenance that needs to be done, is done very quickly. They communicate well and take all efforts to keep up with the building. I consider them like family. Also, everyone in the apartments, are extremely friendly. Couldn’t ask for a better group of people to run this apartment complex and live here! This place is truly the best!
Andrea is the most welcoming and helpful property manager I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with in 20+ years of renting in the Madison area. No one else even comes close!

I would like to nominate Andrea Winkler AASCW Property Manager of the Year. Her smile and laugh can improve any horrible I have only to be surpassed by the care she takes of all the residents here at Cortland Pond. Her regular communications have done wonders to help draw the community together as well as keeping us up with what is currently happening in the complex. She has always been quick to respond with answers and help. I have lived long enough to know what it’s like to live somewhere that trying to connect with the manager of the complex was more of a joke than a reality. It’s tremendously comforting to know that the opposite exists at Cortland Pond!

Roberto is one of the nicest, most hard working, and responsible people I have ever met. He addresses all issues in a timely manner with a friendly demeanor and ultimate respect for the property and its residents, and takes pride in his job. As a firefighter I meet a lot of maintenance technicians and I assure you, Roberto is the best of the best.
Julio slays, he helps with all of our issues, no matter how mundane or silly. He even threw in an extra paint job, no charge, when we had a mini leak.
Julio is the man that can do it all. He is able to fix anything we all throw at him, and he is so kind to all of us tenants. He is so friendly and is a happy face to see around the community. Thank you, Julio, for everything you do!!
Rouse Management has been exceptional throughout our stay at Cortland Pond. The team is professional, responsive, and always ready to help with a friendly attitude. They’ve made renting here a smooth and enjoyable experience.

I lived at this complex for over two years and have never had a bad experience! The property manager, Andrea, is by FAR the best I have ever had. She is extremely responsive, always willing to help, positive/happy, and very easy to work with. She was able to answer any question I had and provide ample support when necessary! Whenever I needed something looked at by maintenance Roberto (maintenance) would get it done within hours! The complex itself is very quiet and peaceful. All of the residents I met were friendly and kind. The large storage units and free underground parking space were a major plus as well! I would live here again – no questions asked!!
