Shannon Redden (College Park & Springbrook Row) Property Manager of the Year, Andrea Winkler (Cortland Pond) Property Manager of the Year, and Julio Pelcastre (College Park & Springbrook Row) Maintenance Technician of the Year.

We also want to congratulate Roberto Carrena Arojona (Cortland Pond) for being nominated again this year and for being last year’s winner of Maintenance Technician of the Year.
