I would like to nominate Andrea Winkler AASCW Property Manager of the Year. Her smile and laugh can improve any horrible I have only to be surpassed by the care she takes of all the residents here at Cortland Pond. Her regular communications have done wonders to help draw the community together as well as keeping us up with what is currently happening in the complex. She has always been quick to respond with answers and help. I have lived long enough to know what it's like to live somewhere that trying to connect with the manager of the complex was more of a joke than a reality. It’s tremendously comforting to know that the opposite exists at Cortland Pond!
