I’ve had a great couple of years living at the Springbrook Row Apartments. Management and maintenance are very nice and are always willing to help you out and take care of things in a timely manner.
Kay represents all the qualities of a good manager. She is efficient, listens to your requests and takes action on them and keeps you informed. Kay makes living at Sauk Gardens like living in our own home without the costs of home owning.
Appearance of our facility is 1st class-tastefully decorated-clean and very quiet in the halls with an exceptional building and well maintained-landscaping and inside is very impressive. The apartments are quality designed.
Everyone is friendly and helpful. I’m very pleased to live here.
I have stayed here as a regular tenant due to the superb service of all the staff. They are particularly great when I am away and they collect my post and look in at the apartment.
I want to say I feel really safe here. I like all the lights in the parking garage. The stair ways and ground always look nice & clean. The staff has been very helpful.
