Life at College Park & Springbrook Row

We recently moved our son, a student at UW-Madison, into Springbrook Row Apartments. The move was not only problem –free but actually a very pleasant experience, due to the great organization, accommodation, and helpfulness of the apartment community manager and her team. We would like to say thank you to your team at Springbrook Row for helping make a potentially hectic and cumbersome situation run smoothly. We would, and will, recommend your apartment community to friends of ours as their sons/daughters seek housing while they attend UW-Madison!

This afternoon I trudged through blocks upon blocks of sidewalks piled with snow, but as soon as I stepped on College Park property, the sidewalks were completely shoveled…the only I had seen all day! The staff's dedication should be commended because you made at lease one weather grumpy person a very happy resident.

The management at Springbrook Row is amazing! They make living at these apartments extremely easy, comfortable, and affordable through the different-sized apartments and the updates they perform during turnover. Management is available to contact for any problems you might have, making it more personal than a big apartment complex. There's a reason myself, 3 sisters, and 2 cousins have lived in this complex...you should definitely check it out and find out for yourself!

I have lived in College Park Apartments for the past two years, and I have had an extremely positive experience. The management is great, and they are very welcoming. The apartments are kept up very well, and whenever I had a maintenance issue, the problem was solved that day. Many other management companies that my friends have dealt with make it difficult to get issues resolved, but not Rouse! The management gets to know residents personally, texting them when they have packages, having coffee in the rental office, and they are always there to help.

I have been living in College Park as well as Springbrook Row for more than two years. I really like its location plus the neighborhood as a whole. The apartment itself is awesome with big bedrooms and spacious living room, I had a great time living with my friends. Doing laundry is convenient and heated parking is not expensive at all. The maintenance staff are quick at solving problems and manager is always reachable and friendly. I highly recommend you to consider about living here, for me it is like a home away from home.
